You would be working directly with us (Jamie De Rego & Jase Long) throughout your prep. Over the last year we have worked alongside a number of competitive athletes, delivering a number of pro cards, overall champion titles and high ranked placings. Our aim is to get you the results you deserve!
The diet plan is designed specifically around each individual's needs. This can change on a weekly basis if necessary. This is in order for your body to adapt and head in the right direction to meet your specific goal! All we ask is that you report to us every week with an update of your weight, how you are feeling and your current progress pictures. This way we can make the changes needed and make sure we are on track to getting some serious results.
This will be a full weights and cardio regime, including all the tricks we have picked up over the years of training with pros.
This will include the supplements that we use, and details of when and how to use them most efficiently.
We have found this to be key in our coaching philosophy. We provide 24hr service for all of our clientele. Any time you need to ask a question or have a worry, no matter when or what time, you can contact us. We will reply as soon as possible!
